WHOA Board Meeting Schedule

June 18, 2010 – 8:58 PM

The board has set a regular meeting time for the last Thursday of every month at 8pm.  Anyone in the neighborhood is welcome to attend, please just let us know prior to the meeting that you plan on coming so we can let you know where the meeting will be held, and make sure there is room to accommodate any guests.  You can let us know by emailing Rachel at: president@woodbinehoa.org

End of School Party

Well, we almost made it!  With questionable weather, the party was held on Saturday as scheduled, but was unfortunately rained out by a torrential downpour about 1 hour in.  Prior to the rain though, it was a great party!  Thanks to Michaun for organizing everything!

The Big Event-Saturday, April 17th

April 7, 2010 – 1:23 PM

UPDATE 4/17/10:  Great event!  Thanks to the 14 volunteers who showed up this morning and worked hard to clear the leaves, pick up sticks, pull weeds, shovel and clear out our paths.  It looks great, and we appreciate their help!

The HOA will have volunteers from the Big Event at VT out to the neighborhood on April 17th to help us clean up the path and do some landscaping to help improve the appearance and help prepare for construction of our path improvements (more info on that to follow in the next week). If you see these volunteers, please be sure to thank them for their work!

Update on Easter Egg Hunt location!

March 25, 2010 – 3:40 PM

Due to Wyatt Farm playgound construction, The Easter Egg Hunt has been moved to the Wyatt Famr/Main Street Common area. This is the area to your right as you drive into Wyatt Farm on Vinyard Ave, and is off the path area that connects Wyatt Farm to Woodbine parallel to Main Street. The start time is till 1:00 pm.

Picnic Rescheduled

The picnic has been rescheduled due to rain. The picnic will now be held next Sunday, 9/27, at 4pm.

Upcoming Dates

September 11, 2009 – 12:45 PM

Our annual picnic will be at 4pm on Sunday, 9/20 at the main playground.   We’ll have live music and BBQ, bring a side dish or dessert and drinks for your family.  We’ll also vote on a Board for the upcoming year and discuss trail repair and an assessment to pay for it.

Information on the trail repair will also be distributed here and by email.

We will hold another meeting on Saturday 10/17 at 10am also at the main playground to vote on the assessment.  Proxy voting will be available and information will again be distributed here and by email.
