The board has set a regular meeting time for the last Thursday of every month at 8pm.  Anyone in the neighborhood is welcome to attend, please just let us know prior to the meeting that you plan on coming so we can let you know where the meeting will be held, and make sure there is room to accommodate any guests.  You can let us know by emailing Rachel at: president@woodbinehoa.org

UPDATE 4/17/10:  Great event!  Thanks to the 14 volunteers who showed up this morning and worked hard to clear the leaves, pick up sticks, pull weeds, shovel and clear out our paths.  It looks great, and we appreciate their help!

The HOA will have volunteers from the Big Event at VT out to the neighborhood on April 17th to help us clean up the path and do some landscaping to help improve the appearance and help prepare for construction of our path improvements (more info on that to follow in the next week). If you see these volunteers, please be sure to thank them for their work!

Great weather and a great turnout made for a great Easter Egg Hunt this year. Thanks so much to Wyatt Farm, and to Michaun for coordinating on the Woodbine side! Here are a couple of pics:

Due to Wyatt Farm playgound construction, The Easter Egg Hunt has been moved to the Wyatt Famr/Main Street Common area. This is the area to your right as you drive into Wyatt Farm on Vinyard Ave, and is off the path area that connects Wyatt Farm to Woodbine parallel to Main Street. The start time is till 1:00 pm.
