There is no fee for the packet. Please email hoapacket@woodbinehoa.org with the property address for details.<\/p>\n<p>If you are considering purchasing this home to rent it out our Woodbine Bylaws state:<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Each dwelling erected shall be planned, erected and used for single-family occupancy only.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Single-family occupancy is defined as no more than two (2) unrelated persons. All dwellings that are used by the owner for rental property shall maintain the same type occupancy.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Information for Realtors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The 2023-24 Woodbine HOA dues were $165 and due on May 1, 2023. This covers the period from May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024<\/li>\n<li>Dues are assessed annually<\/li>\n<li>Dues may be paid via a check made out to &#8220;Woodbine Homeowners&#8217; Association&#8221; or &#8220;WHOA&#8221; and mailed to PO Box 10682, Blacksburg, VA 24062<\/li>\n<li>There is an initial contribution fee of $300 to be sent to WHOA at the above address<\/li>\n<li>Packets are available electronically for no charge<\/li>\n<li>Packets may be requested by emailing <a href=\"mailto:hoapacket@woodbinehoa.org\">hoapacket@woodbinehoa.org<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Information regarding whether an individual property&#8217;s dues are current is available by emailing <a href=\"mailto:treasurer@woodbinehoa.org\">treasurer@woodbinehoa.org<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NOTE: Please do not send checks or other correspondence via a method that requires a signature (such as certified or registered mail).
